Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ICE Team (“ICE Team”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit iceteam.ai (the “Website”) or use any of our products and services — including our SaaS products, custom and outsourced software, and games (together, the “Services”).

By using our Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

ICE Team operates the Website at iceteam.ai and provides the Services.

  • For personal data we collect about visitors and our direct customers, ICE Team acts as the data controller.
  • Where we build, host, or operate software on behalf of a client, we may act as a data processor on that client’s behalf. In that case the client is the controller and their privacy notice governs that processing (see Section 10).

For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@iceteam.ai or through our contact page.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy provides a single, consistent privacy standard across the Website and all ICE Team products and Services. An individual product may provide an additional or supplementary notice where its features require it; where a product-specific notice conflicts with this policy, the product-specific notice prevails for that product only.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide to us, such as:

  • Identity and contact details (name, email, phone, organization name);
  • The content of enquiries, quote requests, and support messages;
  • Account, profile, and authentication details for products that require an account;
  • Billing and transaction information (processed by our payment providers).

Information we collect automatically when you use the Website or Services:

  • Device and connection data (IP address, browser and device type, operating system);
  • Usage data (pages viewed, features used, referring URLs, timestamps, diagnostic and performance logs);
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

Information from third parties, such as analytics providers, payment processors, authentication providers, and publicly available sources.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (e.g., health, biometric, or precise location data) unless it is necessary for a specific Service and permitted by law.

4. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website and Services;
  • Respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, and deliver customer support;
  • Create and manage accounts and process transactions;
  • Send service-related messages and, where permitted, marketing communications (you can opt out at any time);
  • Perform analytics, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect our rights, users, and Services;
  • Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

Where the EU/UK GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract — to deliver the Services you request;
  • Consent — for example, optional marketing and non-essential cookies (you may withdraw consent at any time);
  • Legitimate interests — to run, secure, and improve our business, balanced against your rights and freedoms;
  • Legal obligation — to comply with applicable law.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies to make the Website work, and — where applicable — analytics and marketing cookies to understand usage and improve our content. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, our cookie controls. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Website functions.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers / sub-processors that help us operate (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, customer support), under contracts that require appropriate protection;
  • Professional advisers and auditors where reasonably necessary;
  • Authorities or other parties where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of ICE Team, our users, or the public;
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We require third parties to safeguard your data and to use it only for the purposes we specify.

8. International data transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you reside, including where ICE Team or our service providers operate. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.

9. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to comply with legal, accounting, and tax requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

10. Products and client data (our role as processor)

When we develop, host, or operate software for a client, we may process personal data contained in that software on the client’s behalf and on their documented instructions, as set out in our agreement with them. In that situation:

  • The client is the controller and is responsible for its own privacy notice and lawful basis;
  • We act as a processor and apply appropriate technical and organizational measures;
  • If you wish to exercise data-subject rights over information held within a client’s product, please contact that client directly.

11. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, such as access controls, encryption of data in transit, least-privilege access, and monitoring. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, update, or delete your personal information;
  • Restrict or object to certain processing;
  • Request portability of your data;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

EEA/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data-protection supervisory authority.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA) have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. As noted above, we do not sell personal information.

To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@iceteam.ai. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will reply within the timeframe required by applicable law.

13. Children’s privacy

The Website and Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

Our Website and Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites and services that we do not control. This policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version, and we will provide additional notice of material changes where required by law. Your continued use of the Website or Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
